At Merino Shoes, we want you to walk in comfort; if your wool footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We provide a seamless process to ensure your feet find their perfect sustainable match without any stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
