What makes Merino wool shoes different from traditional footwear?
Our shoes are crafted from premium Merino wool, which is naturally temperature-regulating, moisture-wicking, and odor-resistant. Unlike synthetic materials, our wool provides a breathable, sock-like fit that keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Are Merino Shoes machine washable?
Yes! You can wash your Merino Shoes on a delicate or wool cycle with cold water. We recommend removing the insoles and laces before washing and always letting them air dry naturally—never use a tumble dryer.
Do I need to wear socks with my shoes?
While you can certainly wear socks, our shoes are designed to be worn barefoot. The soft Merino wool lining is itch-free and naturally antimicrobial, ensuring your feet stay fresh and comfortable throughout the day.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your pair sooner. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Walk on Clouds' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, even if you have worn them outside.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use ethically sourced ZQ-certified Merino wool, recycled plastic bottles for our laces, and carbon-negative sugarcane for our SweetFoam midsoles.
